How does the buying process work?

What will it cost me?

No cost is incurred for a valuation or offer given by us.

Do you need to inspect the property internally?

No. We are prepared to inspect the property externally and make a formal offer subject to an internal inspection.

How much will you offer me?

We believe in being honest and upfront. The discount we typically apply is approximately 20% off the current market value of your property. This can be less or more depending on the location, value, condition and whether the property is tenanted or not.

Will anybody know about the sale?

No. Any discussions are in the strictest confidence. We will not erect a “sold” or “acquired” board while you are still living at the property

How soon can you complete?

We can complete between 1 – 3 weeks. It all depends on how soon the local authorities return the searches unless you already have a HIP in place.

Do I need to pay anything?

No, Also, we will pay all the legal fees if you choose one of our panel solicitors.

Can you really stop repossession?

Yes. We have already done that many times in the past; we contact your lenders direct and we provide a proof that they will get their money as soon as the sale is completed.
